Primero. Corregir la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia C-487 de mayo 4 de 2000, en la siguiente forma:
Declarar EXEQUIBLE el artículo 16 de la ley 446 de 1998, en cuanto su contenido normativo no viola el principio de unidad de materia.
Segundo. Ordenar a la Relatoría de esta Corporación, que adjunte copia del presente auto a la sentencia respectiva, con el fin de que sea publicado junto con ella en la Gaceta de la Corte Constitucional correspondiente.
Tercero. Ordenar a la Secretaría General de la Corte, que envíe copia del presente auto al archivo de ésta Corporación, para que sea incorporado al expediente correspondiente.
Cuarto. Ordenar a la Secretaría General de la Corte, que envíe copia del presente auto a todas las autoridades a las que se les comunicó la sentencia de la referencia.
